1. Acceptance

By using the LeetPrep Studio private preview (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

Account creation and authenticated profile access are not enabled in this preview. Account-specific terms will be presented before those features accept registrations.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The public preview is free. Pro and Elite pricing is published for planning, but checkout is not enabled and no paid subscription is being accepted yet. When paid subscriptions open, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach may result in access being blocked.

5. AI content

AI-generated explanations, feedback, and mock-interview transcripts are provided for self-directed learning. They are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy. Do not rely on AI output for high-stakes decisions without independent verification.

6. Intellectual property

Content authored or curated by Nebular Labs (including company playbooks, behavioral question structures, and system design write-ups) is copyright Nebular Labs. You are granted a limited personal license for use within the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Nebular Labs is not responsible for outcomes of job applications, interviews, or employment decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebular Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be dated on this page. Email notices will apply only after account registration and transactional email are enabled.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes subject to BC courts unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
